It is with very deep sadness that we inform you that Oda Katsuo sensei Iaido 8th Dan Hanshi & Kendo 7th Dan Kyoshi passed away yesterday.

He had been coming to Belgium for more than 28 years and has had an overriding influence and involvement in Iaido development in Belgium. His love for Kendo and Iaido and joy outside of the dojo will be missed. The ABKF and all his members thank you for everything sensei.

All our condolences to his family, students and friends, may he rest in peace!
